Scope and Contents These binders were in the Planning Office. Clippings, however, are not limited to planning but cover many events, mostly Newark, from 1980-1997.

There are a small amount of planning documents such as a newsletter and a budget mixed in with the clippings. Additionally articles were often pasted on the backs of planning department documents (presumably no longer needed).
