Newark Churches Collection
This collection consists of service bulletins, guides, programs, brochures, and other material related to Newark churches.
Newark City Hall collection
This collection consists of brochures, fliers and plaque related to the Rededication Ceremony of the Newark City Hall (2006), photocopied drawings and photographs of the old City Hall Building in the process of restoration, and memorial buttons.
Newark Colleges Collection
The collection consists of documents, including clippings, commencement programs, course bulletins, fundraising material, etc. mostly relating to University of Newark, Newark College of Engineering, Rutgers University, and New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Newark Community Project for People with AIDS collection
The collection contains Project minutes, bylaws (1989), correspondence (mostly by Derek Winans), press releases, photocopies of newspaper clippings, reports, financial reports, memos, flyers, proposals, and a Sept 1990 newsletter created by the organization. Also included are some materials produced by other organizations, such as GALA, the Gay Lesbian Alliance (Rutgers-Newark) and the Organization of Black Faculty and Staff (Rutgers-Newark).

Theaters in this collection include: Broad Street Theatre, Shubert Theatre, Colosseum Theatre, Krueger Auditorium, Newark Theatre, Strand Theatre, Proctor's Theatre, Salaam Theatre, Mosque Theatre, Symphony Hall, as well as an assortement of miscellaneous productions from local schools and programs.
