Scope and Contents

The Experimental M.S.W. Program for Bilingual / Bicultural Hispanics Class of 1986 hosted a party to celebrate their graduation. Hilda Hidalgo presented Provost Norman Samuels with a denim jacket decorated by participants of the Graffiti Under Control Project for his support of the experimental program. Members of the Oversight Committee presented tokens of appreciation to the faculty and staff of the program. Graduates also furnished gifts to administrators of the program. The celebration featured dancing and a live band.
