Scope and Contents

This series consists of twelve VHS tapes, containing twenty-two separate recordings of varying length. The recordings document Dr. Hidalgo’s involvement in the Experimental MSW Program, including various recordings of graduation ceremonies. There are recordings of her participation in four different television programs discussing LGBT issues, local politics, race, and community issues. Additionally, there are personal and amateur recordings; a pre-recorded three-part speech by Dr. Hidalgo delivered to the N.A.S.W. Annual Meeting; and a number of fictional programs. The VHS cassettes are arranged chronologically. The recordings are only available in VHS format, and require a VCR and television to view them.
