Abstract

The materials consist of bilingual education on a large scale, primarily in New Jersey. There is a plethora of information about the court cases (Slocum v. NJBOE; Fuentes v. Cooperman) that deal with legislation on bilingual education for the New Jersey districts that have high numbers of bilingual students.
