The negatives were rehoused and reindexed c. 2013. An new index was created in Nov 2013 to 1000 items, but may be incomplete. There is also a card file index.
Four files of prints are housed in the Oversized cabinet.
Hellenic Heritage Collection
This collection consists of photographs, certificates, passports, clippings, ephemera, and oral histories reflecting the Greek-American community of Newark, NJ during the 20th century.
Henry F. Mutschler Manuscript
Henry G. Francisco Papers
This collection was donated in three batches. The original donation, in August 2016, consists of papers related to the World War I military service of late Newark resident Henry G. Francisco. A later donation, in August 2017, contains genealogical information about the Francisco family. In March 2021, a third donation contained miscellaneous materials mostly related to Francisco's life after World War I.
