Abstract
New Jersey Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages – New Jersey Bilingual Education is a professional organization for those concerned with the teaching of English as a Second Language, Bilingual Education, Standard English as a second dialect and instruction for students of limited English proficiency at all levels of public and private education. Interests include classroom practices, research, curriculum development, funding, employment and social political concerns. The NJTESOL-NJBE Records document the organization and its advocacy and educational activities. This collection also contains photographs of various events hosted by NJTESOL-NJBE and VHS recordings of award presentations. This collection receives accruals about every two years.
