Metal arm band with leather strap reads "Newark Safety Police", "Public School Patrol", and badge number 3213. Badge worn on the left arm by 7th and 8th grade patrol boys in Newark public schools. Leather had red rot and metal parts have a small amount of green patina. 3-10/16" x 3-1/4" x 1"
