NOTE: Much of the Sharpe James material and clippings in boxes 2-7 appears to have originated with Pamela E. Goldstein, Communications Manager for the Mayor's office; it includes campaign press releases, publicity material, clippings, and correspondence from municipal employee Efiong Onuntuei who solicited 670 petitions for the nomination of James. Folders have original headings by Mayor's Office including word "Literature"./

Box 9: (1998-2004 additions): Fliers and pamphlets for candidates in elections from 1998-2002. Lots of material from Gibson vs. Treffinger (1998) and 2002. Folders as follows: 1998 (2 folders), 2000-2001, 2002 (2 folders), 2003-2004, undated. This box of material was collected by librarians including Charles Cummings but not processed until 2019.

Box 10: (2022-2023): ballots, mailings, and fliers; Democratic 29th Legislative District Voting mailer (2023).
