Goldstein, Communications Manager for the Mayor's office; it includes campaign press releases, publicity material, clippings, and correspondence from municipal employee Efiong Onuntuei who solicited 670 petitions for the nomination of James. Folders have original headings by Mayor's Office including word "Literature"./

Folders as follows: 1998 (2 folders), 2000-2001, 2002 (2 folders), 2003-2004, undated. This box of material was collected by librarians including Charles Cummings but not processed until 2019.
