The New Jersey-Miscellaneous collections include pamphlets and printed ephemera, and occasional manuscript items, relating to all regions, cities and towns of New Jersey, arranged alphabetically by general topic. As a rule, items relating to Newark will not be found in these collections; they have been included in Newark-Miscellaneous archival collections, similarly arranged. However, there are scattered references to Newark in a number of documents covering the whole state, or sections of it.
