PB #8. Newspaper clippings (1961-67).

Paige Boxes #4-#11: contain clippings similar to those in Hollinger Boxes #1 and #2, but arranged by subject., and, in PB #6, issues of "Regional Plan News; Report on the Development of the New York Metropolitan Region" (1963-1968). Newark-related subject-headings of the clippings files include: "Urban Aid" and "Urban Renewal" (PB #4); "Newark," "Medical School," and "Model Cities" (PB #8); "Housing" (PB #9); and "Riot's Aftermath" (PB #10). PB #12: contains correspondence, memos, reports, printed material, clippings, meeting minutes, testimony, and legislation relating to the development of the Meadowlands. PB #13, #14, and #15: contain material on the general work of the RPA, with Newark-related material as follows: "Staff Relations," with material on the location of the medical school and transportation (PB #13); "History of the New Jersey Committee" and "Speeches," with a 1961 address by Erber to the Clinton Hill Neighborhood Council and a 1964 address entitled "Newark and the Metropolitan Region" (PB #14); and "Speeches," with a draft of "Transportation in Newark's Past and Future, Projections of Community Profile for Newark and Essex County" (PB #15). PB #16: contains a manuscript of "Urban Planning in Transition," edited by Erber.
