The bulk of this subseries is material on Newark and New Jersey including historical information. Types of material include pamphlets, small publications, clippings, correspondence, and ephemera. Material is filed alphabetically by format or subject, with a miscellaneous folder at the end. Of note is a 1936 publication on women in Newark (box 15, folder 27, copies catalogued). Box 23 contains clippings of Kukla’s series “Newark This Week”.
