Newspaper, books, and Camp Dix booklet, 1919 - 1920

This box contains the front section of The New York Times dated June 15, 1919, with a lead story focused on the 78th Division, of which Pfaltz was a member.

Also here is an undated booklet about Camp Dix, where Pfaltz underwent training before being shipped to France.

There are also two books: A Michelin illustrated guide to The Battle of St. Mihiel, in which Pfaltz participated; and a history of the 303 Engineers of the 78th Division--Pfaltz's company--between 1917 and 1919.
