Resource for studying the life of an avid community activist in Central New Jersey. This series along with the Clippings subseries depicts Mr. Quiñones’ community involvement. Most of the correspondence is from his term as councilman and consists of letters from the Mayor and other council members to the heads of various departments of city government.
