Frank E. Martin Correspondence
The collection consists of 60 letters written by Frank Everett Martin, while stationed at Camp Dix, New Jersey, and Aignay-le-Due-Cote d'Or, France. The bulk of the letters are to his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Martin, who resided at 125 South 11th Street, Newark. The collection also includes dog tags, boat passes, and 39 postcards with scenes of the occupation of, and destruction in, France.
Henry G. Francisco Papers
This collection was donated in three batches. The original donation, in August 2016, consists of papers related to the World War I military service of late Newark resident Henry G. Francisco. A later donation, in August 2017, contains genealogical information about the Francisco family. In March 2021, a third donation contained miscellaneous materials mostly related to Francisco's life after World War I.
Joseph Kalba Papers
This collection includes photographs of the family, family papers (including a high school graduation program and a biography page from John Kalba's high school yearbook (1932), military documents, an obituary for Joseph Kalba, and Joseph Kalba's World War II medals, dog-tags, and hats.
