Abstract The collection consists of two scrapbooks compiled by Walter Edward Blythe and Robert Arthur Illig. They contain illustrations relating to the history of Newark, clipped from local newspapers (the Newark Sunday Call, the Newark Evening News, the Newark Star-Eagle, etc.). The illustrations, cut out and neatly mounted on scrapbook pages, are annotated with the date of publication.
