Folder 2: Includes tickets to events, including a White House reception in 1953, a Newark City Inauguration ceremony in 1962, a World Series game in 1952, a reception for President Truman at the Mosque Theatre in 1948, and a rain check for a fight in 1926.

Folder 3: Three items related to John Boynton Kaiser, a fellow stamp collector and Director of the Newark Public Library from 1943 to 1958: a copy of NPL News, a Library publication, dated June 1958; a bibliography of Kaiser's writings published between 1911 and 1958, and a copy of "Bibliography: The Basis of Philatelic Research" dated 1953.

Folder 5: Clippings, cards, and correspondence related to Finklestein's 50th anniversary as an employee of the City of Newark, as well as his retirement (Jan 1, 1968)
