Scope and Contents

These binders were in the Office of Planning, Zoning and Sustainability. Clippings, however, are not limited to planning but cover many events, mostly Newark, from 1980-1997.

There are a small amount of planning documents such as a newsletter and a budget mixed in with the clippings. Additionally articles were often pasted on the backs of planning department documents (presumably no longer needed).

There are no access restrictions on this collection, however photocopying of materials is limited and no materials may be photocopied without permission from library staff.

Documents were removed from binders. Documents were kept in the order given, most are in date order, but two binders had fallen out of order and were kept in that order.
