Biographical / Historical
Elaine Hausmann was the daughter of J. Elmer Hausmann, a police commissioner of Irvington. She sang opera at venues including the Griffith Auditorium and Mosque Theatre (Symphony Hall) in Newark and the Paper Mill Playhouse in Millburn.
