Processing Information
Files received from City of Newark included large indices (thousands of pages) and were not arranged in any order. Each page was a separate file. To upload, files were sorted by month or year and placed in folders named by year. Indices were often removed due to size. Uploaded minutes are fully OCRed so indices should not be necessary.
