Guidebooks: brochures, pamphlets and a newsletter entitled "Newark's Ironbound Shopper's Guide," "Official 2009 Visitors Guide: Great Destinations Await You in Newark & Elizabeth," Newark index: Newark downtown arts district map / by Newark Artis Council, Open Doors 2009, Newark Live: Open Door 2009, and Newark's Ironbound: Explorer's guide, dining, shopping, entertainment, sports, nightlife (2010 or 2011?).

Historic Preservation: one folder of Newark Landmarks Commision materials donated by Tim Crist, 2016. Includes material from swearing-in of members 1990-1991, including correspondance, oaths of office (Timothy J. Crist), two photographs, and news articles. Included in photos are Clement Price, Elizabeth Del Tufo, Richard Grossklaus, Franotie Washington, Rose Spears, Richard Bland, Timothy Crist, City Planner Harry Hines, Mayor Sharpe James, William Chappel, James Lecky, Jacob Johnson, and Reginald Hale. Robert Treat Hotel spoon.

Hotels: an invitation for the opening of Hilton Gateway, and promotional material for its conference center (1977); a bill for the Essex House Hotel, Room 1006, showing cost of $14.00 for two nights (1949); a full color brochure for the Military Park Hotel, including photographs of the lobby, guest rooms, dining rooms, lounges, and conference facilities (ca. 1960s); brochure for Robert Treat Hotel aimed at the business community (ca. 2000). 6 matchbooks: 5 from the Essex House Hotel (Caroseul Lounge) and one from Hotel Douglas (donated Joseph Keenan, 2016). Housing: Items related to the Colonnade apartments, including floor plans, promotional material advertisements (1962-1976), and newsletters and bulletins of the Colonnade Park Tenants Security Association (1971-1975) and a small rectangular glass plate. Material related to the Stella Wright rent strike, including a newsletter published by the Communication Media for Operation Understanding (January 1972) and a booklet with a history of the strike (1970s) A contract, with detailed construction and finishing specifications, for a two-family dwelling to be built on the northeast corner of Parker Street and Heller Parkway (1924) Newark Housing Authority materials from the office of Alex Boyd (1990-1991) Material related to affordable housing, including clippings, a list of housing construction projects, a list of apartment buildings with 50 or more units, and a paper delivered by Catherine McFarland (1990); a "Negro Housing Survey," by Harry B.
