"J.H. Bunnell & Co.'s No. 4 D.D. Home Medical Apparatus with standard dry cell battery." Wooden box with metal latches and two compartments. The front of the box has a metal label that reads "Reinhold Schumann 23 William St. Newark, N.J." The first compartment is approximately 1 inch and has a metal base. The lid of the first compartment has directions on how to use the Apparatus. The bottom compartment has three conducting cord holes and the dry cell battery.
