Pointed stainless steel file. "William Dixon Inc. Tools and Supplies Newark, N.J." on one side of non-file handle, "Dixon Tools" logo on reverse side. File is placed in a brown leather sheath that reads "William Dixon, Incorporated 32 - 42 E. Kinney St., Newark, N.J." in gold on one side. On reverse of file holder is "Manufactures Jewelers-Opticians-Dental", Dixon Tools logo, and "Importers Metalcraft Tools & Supplies".
