Scope and Contents
Most of the material here was retrieved from buildings demolished when the Prudential Center was being built. Much of it reflects the Chinese ancestry of the people who had once lived and worked in those buildings. One box contains newer material received as gifts for Skeete-Laessig's work preserving items from the neighborhood.
